Zincalume Water Storage Tanks are constructed from Tata Bluescope steel sheets. These sheets are the alloy of Zinc and Aluminium. The alloy coating, consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon to the base material, provides excellent resistance to corrosion, cracking, and peeling. The coating weight is 150g/m² and 200g/m², both sides evenly coated & distributed. This provides exceptional corrosion resistance even under harsh atmospheric conditions. The aluminum in the coating offers barrier protection, while the zinc delivers sacrificial cut-edge protection. This dual-protection mechanism ensures Zincalume steel’s superior performance against corrosion.
This material is one of the most cost-effective, project-specific options for store water with pH levels between 2 and 12, including Ground Raw water, Rain Water, DM Water and Fire water.
Zincalume steel is produced through a continuous hot-dipped metallic coating process. The metallic surface is further protected by separate layers of special passivation solution and resin. Ongoing research and development have enhanced Zincalume steel's ability to withstand harsh environments for extended periods.
ZINCALUME® steel has 150 g/m2 or 200 g/m2 metallic coating distributed equally on both surfaces. It is available in Base Metal Thickness (BMT) ranging between 0.30mm to 1.30mm and coil widths of 900 to 1250 mm. It is offered with yield strength of minimum 300 MPa to minimum 550 MPa depending on the application. ZINCALUME® steel complies with AS1397, ASTM A792M, IS 15961 and ISO 9364 standards

We use Nut-Bolts, MS Profile, Zinc Steel, Geotextile and Turbo Air vent from the Tata Apollo, Non vooven fabric, unbroken, etc.

It has been obeserved after few months observation that due to the exposure in industrial atmospheric conditions, Zincalume steel demonstrates superior performance, particularly at narrower scribes. At the cut edge, galvanized steel is more prone to corrosion compared to Zincalume steel.
Zincalume pre-installed liner sealed tanks offer easy relocation and the potential for increased storage capacities by extending the height with minimal expense and disruption.

These Modular tanks are condensed to just one-tenth of their total volume, enabling a 100m³ tank to be efficiently packed onto pallets, resulting in a compact 10m³ cubic capacity load. This reduction significantly minimizes shipping costs.
With the guidance of a supervisor, a team of semi-skilled laborers can erect tanks within a matter of days using these construction methods. For Example a 100KL tank can be easily installed and commissioned within 5-7 days with 4 to 5 skilled labour under the supervision of one project co-ordinator.
Zincalume Water Tanks eliminates the need for costly labor, intensive on-site welding, and also eliminates the requirement for elaborate and expensive reinforced concrete base structures. These are nut bolted tanks, having PVC Liner as its heart to store water. It is a quality product which can easily modified if required with bare minimum cost effect.
